Only pizza that has been better than the ones ordered this evening from the Ashford Kent branch have been in Italy - these come a close second - absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients and authentic base- will most certainly be the only pizza place I will order from in future. Quick delivery too. Outstanding service

Totally disappointed in our pizza when it arrived, the toppings , well I mean what toppings, nothing like their pictures, we barely had 1 piece of pepperoni per slice of pizza. The deserts were not nice, over priced cardboard.
I made a complaint to fireaway Tunbridge Wells and not even acknowledgement or an apology.
Papa johns or dominos for me in future at least you get toppings on their pizzas.. can honestly say, fire away were the worst tasting pizza ever . Customer service is poor to none..
Never again.

BEST PIZZA EVER, so amazing and so great for the price, so many options !!!

From first they opened pizzas was great and good taste then later on kept disapointing everytime i order is worse and worse and last time i order again its just brings me wrong pizzas delivered inccorrct and missing pizza had to drive myself there to fix issue. Plus now they dont do deliveries to my place at all MK fireway keeps getting down, could give 5 stars before but now only manage to give 2 stars and not ordering again from there DOMINOS BETTER AGAIN

I had the a Roma from Fireaway in East Molesey me it was lovely the chief and cashier were amazing the pizza was very quick and tasty. My only criticism was to even distribute the jalapeños on the pizza but overall an amazing experience and a good competitor for places like Pizza express

Ordered a pizza from Deliveroo from fireaway Sidcup for the 2nd time and must say I won’t be ordering from here again!
Very skimpy on toppings and breaded chicken was burnt !how can you have so little toppings on a pizza and some of the crust was burnt.
Also send out burnt chicken ?

Was really excited to order from here but never again!
Potato wedges barely cooked! Pizza was nice and wings were nice but no where near the price tag. Save money and go Dominos

I went in and the staff fat bold staff member was very rude “come on man your too ******* slow” and threw my pizza into the oven” once I said something he told me to “leave” the way they talk to customers is very rude and disrespectful!

Had the menu through the front door so decided to support the local one in Earl Street Maidstone, this was a BIG MISTAKE! Ordered at 18:25 hours and the website said delivery would be at 19:00 hours, at 19:45 it had still not arrived, spoke with the takeaway, who were very offhand in their response and said it would be there in five minutes, telling us it would still be hot.
Dinner arrived at 20:10 hours and it was NOT HOT, cheese was congealed and not stretchy, the chicken strips were luke warm also, would not use again and would recommend that no one use it either - sorry but that is the way it is!

Amazing service with exceptional staff members. Pizza was amazing and service was very quick. I will be using them again.

Pizza itself wasn’t bad but it took over an hour to arrive. A friend also ordered a week later and waited two hours despite it saying 45 mins on the app. I called several times and couldn’t get through. It sounds like they need to invest in more staff and service . I wouldn’t use them again.

The company says incorrect billing address and claims no payment has been made, but then takes money from the card as seen on my bank statement. Been in touch twice to try rectify this with absolutely no response. The app is a scam! Don't fall for it!
